Meet Susan

I'm driven to help ambitious leaders optimise results by prioritising both performance and wellbeing in a clear, targeted, and practical way for sustainable success. I focus on working with leaders ready for change and those navigating the increasing demands of organisational excellence.  
As a highly experienced leader, human resources and organisational development professional who combines a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business, education, human services, emergency management and positive psychology. 
My goal is to equip today’s leaders with the skills to empower individual and team performance and to drive growth, transformational change, and increased resilience to achieve peak performance through increased self-awareness, customized strategies, and actionable solutions. 
My previous experience includes navigating complex organisational environments, leading change projects, leading innovative group-wide and national training and development interventions, supporting acquisitions, engagement, restructures, start-ups.
